When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This e-mail will include a tracking number, so you can see exactly where your new CustomFX Clipper, Trimmer and Foil Shaver and  is and when it is expected to be delivered. You can also find your tracking number by signing into your account.

Your order status will be shown as “processing” until your clipper is built and ready to be shipped. It takes time to hand-assemble your custom tool. Please allow up to 30 days for your new CustomFX Clipper, Trimmer and Foil Shaver to be built and shipped from our facilities.

We take online security and fraud prevention seriously. When you place your order, it goes through multiple security checks. Most orders will process successfully, however your order may be flagged for additional checks. You will be notified if this happens.

There are several reasons your credit card might not be authorized at the time of purchase, including:
1. You entered an address that is NOT associated with the billing address of the credit card you’re trying to use. It is possible you may have misspelled your billing address or put your billing address on the incorrect line. Please check your information to make sure it is accurate.
2. You entered your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date and/or CVV number) incorrectly. Please double check the information entered to make sure it is accurate.

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

UPS is the preferred shipper for all US.

Generally, no. Care for and maintain your Clipper, Trimmer and Foil Shaver as you would any quality tool. However, units are finished with an industrial paint that has been UV coated. As with any painted surface, chemicals, solutions, and other liquids can cause damage to the paint if not wiped off immediately. All regular maintenance information is included in the supplied Instruction Booklet.

Some orders, especially those with multiple tools may require a signature delivery. To manage your order, go to https://cfx.babylisspro.com/track-my-order/. If your order has already been shipped, you can use your tracking link to redirect your shipment to a pickup point, hold it at a secure location, or fill out a signature waiver or shipment release.

If any disinfectants, cleaning solutions, or chemicals get onto the housing during cleaning the blade, we suggest wiping clean with a soft cloth as soon as possible. All regular maintenance information is included in the supplied Instruction Booklet.

We offer a 2-Year limited warranty on every CustomFX Clipper, Trimmer and Foil Shaver. Our 2-year limited warranty only covers the mechanical functionality and internal components of the tool.
